This may or may not be a good idea but I had these made for me last year. The left set is a Geocoin for my Geocaching team. The right one is my business card. Perhaps the fleet could have some made?

The old AZ Corsairs group had a similar plastic coin made up for a TLAPD event a decade ago. I'll see if I can dig one up from my train wreck of a workshop. The cnc router could do these if we could recruit a Vectric Vcarve software guru.

I am going to ask a couple people I know in TX to see if anyone is good with this program or knows a program that works with it. Seams like you can import files into the Vcarve pro software in which that mite be our best option.

The problem isn't with getting a design into vcarve, its getting the toolpaths IN vcarve to do what needs to be done. Theres lots of technical voodoo involved. Then the info goes to a post processor which writes instructions for each manufacture's machines. If you can shanghai a Nerd we'll put him to work.
